H. Welton & Co., Terryville, Conn., 30 hour time and strike/alarm brass movement OG shelf clock. The location name was printed on the label as two words rather than one, c1840.
CONDITION:
Mahogany veneered case in an old finish with some minor veneer chips on the corners and a veneer patch on bottom. Original painted dial with some loss at the mounting pins. Hands and tablet are original. Clean label inside case. Nice decorative plate movement. Ht 26".
